Commisioning supervisor

As a Commissioning Supervisor you lead the final, most
visible phase of elerctrics projects: testing and energising MV/LV switchgear,
relays, UPS and digital assets. You manage a multidisciplinary team on site, interface
with the client, and guarantee that every system meets quality, safety and
performance criteria before hand-over.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and approve test procedures, folders and tool
lists in coordination with the Site Works
Coordinator.
• Lead and mentor a team of commissioning specialists; set
daily priorities and track progress.
• Perform and validate functional, protection, FAT/SAT and
energisation tests for MV switchgear, relays and UPS .
• Verify calibration and condition of all measuring
instruments; manage the “Tools Track” registry.
• Collect red-line drawings and field modifications, then
liaise with Design Office for “As-Built” updates.
• Identify non-conformances and punch-list items, log them
in the event tracker and drive closure.
• Report site hours, costs and risks to the Project Manager;
propose corrective actions when needed.
• Enforce our client and local safety rules (LOTO, work
permits, energisation plans).
• Coordinate subcontractors and schedule client /
third-party witnesses for key inspections.
• Represent our client during customer acceptance meetings, ensuring
on-time sign-off.
Education and Experience
• Degree or higher apprenticeship in Electrical / Power
Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on commissioning experience with MV/LV
equipment or protection relays.
• Fluent English (C1); additional European languages
welcomed.
• Strong knowledge of IEC standards, ISO 9001/14000 and
electrical safety regulations.
• Competence with test software (Omicron, relay-setting
tools) and MS Office suite.
• Ability to read and mark-up single-line and wiring
diagrams.
• Proven leadership of multi-cultural site teams and
subcontractors.
• Customer-facing communication skills and problem-solving
mindset.
• Willingness to travel across Europe up to 75 % and work
irregular hours during energisation
Salary: 40 eur/hour, excl. travel and hotel costs
